When you join or enquire we collect: your name, mobile number, email, address and postcode, vehicle details (registration, make/model, size), your chosen visit day/window, and photos you send us for quotes. Payment details are collected and stored by our payment provider (Stripe) — we never see your card number.
To run your membership: scheduling and reminding you about visits, taking your monthly payment, providing quotes, and messaging you about your service (WhatsApp/SMS/email). We may also take before/after photos of work for quality records; we’ll always ask before using any photo publicly.
Performance of our contract with you (running your membership), legitimate interests (running and improving the business), and consent where required (e.g. marketing). We don’t sell your data.
Only the services that make the site work: Stripe (payments), our database/hosting provider, and WhatsApp when you message us. Each processes data under their own terms and appropriate safeguards.
Membership records for as long as you’re a member and for up to 6 years afterwards (tax and legal records). Quote photos are deleted once no longer needed.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you can object to processing. Message us on WhatsApp — 07517 897343 — and we’ll sort it. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
The site uses only essential storage: remembering your booking selections and login on this device. No advertising trackers.
