Last updated: August 2026 · In & Out Detailing, Manchester (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to the Monthly Maintenance Club membership and our visits. Joining the club means you accept them.
The Monthly Maintenance Club is a recurring monthly membership. Your chosen monthly fee (from £40 for cars, £55 for vans, SUVs and 6-seaters, £70 for family bundles) is taken automatically each month by Apple Pay or debit/credit card, starting on the day you join, and continues until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account or by messaging us; your plan stays active until the end of the paid month.
The registration(s) you designate when joining are the vehicles locked to your subscription — one vehicle on a standard membership, or two to five on a family bundle. Visits can’t be swapped to vehicles that aren’t on the membership. Vans, SUVs and 6-seaters within a family bundle carry a £15/month supplement each, and all bundle vehicles must be at the same address for the visit. Change of car? Message us and we’ll update your membership (a Deep Clean may be recommended first if the new vehicle isn’t at maintenance standard).
Your plan covers the number of maintenance valets it states per billing/service month (1, 2 or 3). A family bundle covers one visit a month during which every vehicle on the bundle is cleaned. Unused visits don’t accumulate, roll over or convert into credit.
Exterior maintenance wash; wheels & tyres; interior vacuum; dash & interior surfaces; interior & exterior glass; finishing touches — at your home or workplace. It does not include shampoo extraction, stain removal, extensive pet-hair removal, mould treatment, odour treatment, or restoration work. That’s Deep Clean territory, quoted separately.
The membership is designed to maintain an already reasonable vehicle, not restore a heavily soiled one. We reserve the right to require a Deep Clean before starting or continuing a membership.
If a normally maintained car needs significantly more than a maintenance valet on a given visit, we may decline the additional work, offer a paid upgrade, or clean to the reasonable maintenance standard achievable within the service.
48 hours or more before your visit: reschedule freely, subject to availability. Inside 48 hours: you can still cancel the visit, but it can’t be rescheduled — and a same-day cancellation or no-access visit counts as that month’s visit.
Weather, breakdown, illness or unsafe working conditions occasionally force us to cancel. When the cancellation is ours, you don’t lose out — we rearrange the visit, or refund/credit the month.
Please make sure we can access the vehicle during your chosen window, and provide keys where interior access is required. If we can’t access the vehicle, the visit may count as a missed appointment (see clause 7).
We work on driveways, workplaces and roadside where safe and permitted. We may refuse to work somewhere unsafe, obstructive, prohibited or otherwise unsuitable — please provide an appropriate location.
Congestion charges, paid parking, permits or other location-specific charges are not included in your membership — where unavoidable, these are payable by you.
For safety we don’t remove or refit child seats. If you’d like the area underneath cleaned, please remove the seat before your visit — otherwise we’ll work around it rather than take responsibility for reinstalling safety equipment.
The rear storage/load area of a van will not be cleaned if it is not empty.
Scratches, chips, cracked trim, loose components, damaged leather and similar pre-existing conditions are distinguished from anything caused by our work. We may take quick photos before starting — it protects both sides.
We promise professional effort, products and care — not that every stain, odour, scratch or contamination will disappear. Some defects are permanent, and we’ll always tell you honestly what’s realistic.
If membership prices ever change, existing members get at least 3 months’ notice before any new price applies.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe); we never see or store your card details. Refunds due under these terms are returned to your original payment method.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (services must be performed with reasonable care and skill) and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where these regulations give you a 14-day cancellation right for contracts made online, you can cancel within 14 days of joining; if you’ve asked us to begin visits within that period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for services already provided. To complain or exercise any right, just contact us — WhatsApp 07517 897343.
We carry out our services with reasonable care and skill.
